When you hear the word Nikken, what comes to mind? Do you think of products? Is your mind drawn to a business?
Those are both good. There’s so much more! Nikken is built on five pillars of wellness. A balanced life requires attention to all of them, healthy mind, healthy body, healthy finances, healthy family, and healthy society.
Recently I shared the value I’ve gained from Nikken’s Humans Being More class. Paul called your attention to a short video about Howard Schultz, the man who put Starbucks on the map. Paul was so inspired that he is now reading Mr. Schultz’s autobiography.
We invite you to take a turn. Who has inspired you in any of the five pillars of wellness? Is there someone in your family who is particularly encouraging? Do you have a cause to benefit society that inspires you to action, and do you want to encourage others to act in support of that cause? What have you learned about money that has set you free from damaging paradigms? If you could share one tip that has improved your health, what would that be? Is there a meaningful book or movie you’d like to help others to enjoy?
Please write back and let us know. We’d love to compile some of your best tips and share them with the others who are reading these emails. You can be anonymous if you prefer, or you can share your name. It’s totally up to you.

If you would like to engage in an active conversation with others on this journey of exploration, we invite you to join us every Tuesday at 6:00 PM Pacific Time (9:00 PM Eastern.) Every week we take a half hour to explore what the five pillars of health mean for us as individuals. We have titled the call “New Beginnings,” which has turned out to be prophetic; everyone has begun at least one new adventure that we’ve all had the privilege of enjoying. This is not a class; it’s a gathering.
To join us, go to https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5368637747 and enter the pass code 594975 when prompted.
Wishing you all the joy that comes from meeting new people, thinking new thoughts, exploring new ideas, and appreciating all the good that is already in your life.
All the best,
Paul and Mary Ellen Gabias
